At planilux, a vision becomes a product – step by step, from the selection of materials to the final surface treatment. Our unique selling point: every production step is carried out in-house. This means maximum control over all processes and the highest quality at every step. Our entire production takes place under one roof, which enables short distances, efficiency and perfect interaction between all departments.

Our production steps – everything under one roof

  • Material selection
    Depending on the application, we use steel or stainless steel, for example. All materials are processed separately and with the highest precision due to their special requirements.

  • CNC laser cutting
    Components are manufactured precisely on our CNC-controlled laser cutting machines using state-of-the-art computer-aided manufacturing (CAM).
  • Punching and thread cutting
    Whether threads, recesses or special requirements – our CNC-controlled punching and nibbling center meets every technical need.
  • Bending
    We use our press brakes to shape the components into the desired form with the utmost precision.
  • Welding
    The parts are permanently joined by TIG, MAG or spot welding according to specifications.
  • Sanding/brushing
    Careful sanding creates smooth and clean surfaces, the ideal preliminary stage for further processing. Alternatively, we can also brush the final surfaces of stainless steel, for example.

No product leaves our factory that has not undergone extensive quality testing.
